Synopsis
Based on the biography of late singer, Sakamoto Kyu. His hit song Sukiyaki topped the American pop music charts in 1963 - the only Japanese song ever to do so. He would eventually be killed in the crash of Japan Airlines Flight 123 in 1985 - the largest crash of an aircraft in Japanese history.
