Synopsis
An inspirational true story of ordinary people who dedicated themselves to preserving a small zoo in Hokkaido. Asahiyama Zoo faces a crisis when their annual visitor count hits rock bottom. On the verge of losing its business, the zookeepers of Asahiyama Zoo come together in hopes of finding a way to salvage their failing operations. Determined to keep their beloved zoo running, the staff endeavors to find ways to make their animal habitat as unique as possible. The introduction of their unconventional animal viewing facilities becomes an instant hit, making Asahiyama Zoo the top zoo in Japan.
