Synopsis
Sekiya Mitsuyo and Hideo, unable to have children on their own, run a small private school for children with troubled backgrounds. One day, a new student, Miyuki, arrives at the school, but she refuses to open up to the Sekiyas or her two schoolmates, Manami and Takehiro--yet the slits on her wrist speak of the deep emotional wounds after her parents' divorce. After running into an abandoned dog scheduled to be exterminated, Mitsuyo takes the dog home with her and gives it to Miyuki to take care of. Together, Miyuki and "Love" rebuild each other's trust in others.
